Bursting at the seams, Sourdough Cinnamon Roll Loaf

Bursting at the seams, Sourdough Cinnamon Roll Loaf

I just want to pour frosting on top and serve.

If you knew it and tasted it you would eat it again and again

I can't stand it anymore, going to go get a slice from a personal loaf.

Sourdough Loaf Hi-Rise

Sourdough Loaf Hi-Rise  smells so good

Sometimes when I come in the house, I swear my Mom is there baking

Packaged and ready to go to their new homes

So sad, when a loaf matures and gets to go home with someone.

I feel bad putting them in bags, cutting the aroma off from the world.

Well your parents will be by soon to pick you up

They will show you lots of love while they eat you.

Bread Order

Just did another order. This time it was for my Artisan Hi-Rise Sourdough Bread. This is a huge round of bread, and it is fluffier and less dense like other sourdough breads. I also made a loaf of Rosemary garlic Sourdough Loaf Bread and every-time I put one in the oven, in about 15 minutes I am reminded why I do this. OMG the smell is absolutely awesome.

Here are a few pictures of the finished products I sold today, enjoy!

Sourdough French Bread

Today I thought I would try and make some Sourdough French Bread and serve it for dinner with Spagetti. It is a big recipe and uses only 1/4 up of starter. I think the four hour rise time before punch down, along with another four hours the sourdough starter should convert the flour I added so that it can be eaten by anyone, even gluten intolerant people like myself.

I am anxious to try it when it is finally finished. I will come back to this blog post and put in some pictures of the finished product.

here they are, enjoy!
