I have been so busy baking for clients this week end this weekend!
I made about 20 loafs of bread, and 10 dozen cookies, I even made two trays of cinnamon rolls that cured for 16 hrs so they were gluten free for a client.
That client left the greatest review yet!
 "My nephew Christopher is 21 and has had severe reaction to wheat products since birth. It wasn't until he was 5 years old that anyone could put a name to it...true Celiac disease. I am so excited to continue baking for all the people out there who have a gluten issue, and have not been able to eat breads due to their situation.
